As both a seller and a buyer I dislike Depop payments because they hold money I've earned (even after the buyer has received the item). Then bad sellers get to long of a grace period for shipping and refunding money. There are too many dishonest sellers on Depop that never send anything they sell with reviews pointing this out, yet they're accounts aren't banned or suspended. Additionally Google pay/Depop payments is the default option, so people use it more than PayPal for depop's benefit.
This app is extremely buggy, won't show notifications, listings won't load, etc. I'm not sure why Depop doesn't fix its bugs because not only am I losing sales, but Depop is losing sales. Instead of fixing the bugs, customer service tells me what I should do to fix the issues when I've already done their recommended fixes. I worked really hard to gain a lot of reviews & sales on Depop, but now I'm considering changing platforms. Depop is lazy and cheaply made.
Everytime I try to view an item now all I get is a plain blank screen, extremely frustrating as beforehand I had never had this problem, thinking it was because of my phone I turned off/back on and everything and still no solution to the problem..this is ridiculous on Depop's part
Useless app.My ads keep disappearing and i am unable to purchase items.A joke. Emailed depop 4 days ago and still waiting for a reply.
Every time I use the app lately it fails to load what I search or I click on an item and it won't load. This app has gotten so buggy and unusable.
Was working very well for a while but in the past week I have stopped receiving any notifications. Likes, followers, messages and even sales. I have contacted support multiple times but have yet to have an answer as to why. They are quick to reply but once I respond that their advice has not worked I do not hear back. It seems like a minor problem but it is hard to operate a business when I am unaware of messages, sales, offers etc in a timely manner. @radrexvintage
Even though I just started using this app I really like it overall the app is super easy to use! :)
Great, classic app But i feel there's room for improvement. I began selling, and i wish there was more clarity with receiving payments. Also, on android i am not able to upload a photo of my ID in order to verify my account and transfer funds from my depop balance. Thanks.
Depop is legit, & the deals are crazy. The sellers are very cool & easy to talk too. And if I could I'd give it more than 5 stars I'd give this Depop 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
